The room is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10:00 a.m.
If you wish to arrive earlier or check out later, please let us know in advance by e-mail or phone, we will take this into account depending on the current availability. Extra charge for this: HUF 5,000 / room.

We would like to inform our Guests that according to the Government Decree (237/2018. (XII. 10.)) on the introduction of the National Tourist Information Center (NTAK), our hotel is obligated to communicate certain data digitally.
In order to begin a hotel stay, data of each guest is to be recorded. Data required for check-in: name of arriving guests, place and time of birth, gender, nationality, mother’s birth name, ID number of a document suitable for personal identification.
According to current legislation, after September 1st, 2021, all accomodation providers must record the personal data of each guest using accommodation services in Hungary, as defined by law, through the document reader of the accommodation provider, in the accommodation management software, and then transfer it to a database, the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA). Check-in is online and contactless. You can check in via the application (Alfred) available through the link in the e-mail sent to confirm your reservation. Checking in requires you to scan your ID and filling in your personal information. The Guest is responsible for the accuracy of the data recorded, and our hotel is not responsible for any resulting damages.
Online check-in is available on the first day of the reservation, until midnight.
After entering your data, you will receive an e-mail with the information and codes necessary to enter the room.
There is a key card in the card holder in the entrance of the room, which can also be used to open the door. If the key card is removed from the holder, the power in the room is cut off. Please return the room card to its holder when leaving.
Accommodation costs (room price, tourist tax, etc.) must be paid upon arrival at latest.
In the absence of a prior written booking and confirmation, or in case of guests arriving without a reservation, the accommodation costs must be paid upon check-in.
In case of departure without payment, the accommodation is entitled to take legal action.
Before leaving the room, please make sure that water taps are closed, lights are off, and windows are closed.
Persons under the age of 18 may only use the services we provide if accompanied by a parent or another adult authorized by the parent.
The hotel does not have its own parking lot, guests can park free of charge in the public area in front of the hotel.
Only registered guests can stay in the rooms, please welcome your visitors in the common area.
The accommodation provider has the right to check – without prior notice – whether the number of guests staying at the accommodation is the same as the paid number of guests.
Wi-Fi is available in the hotel rooms and common areas, and its use is free of charge, in its current condition. Please note that the network may not be available due to technical, legal, or operational reasons, or the service provider may need to suspend the guest’s access. The password required to connect will be sent via email.
While using the Wi-Fi, the Guest:
Rooms are cleaned once a day, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. For longer stays, towels are changed every 3 days and bed sheets etc. are changed every 5 days. Towels are changed depending on the guest’s signal (placed on the bathroom floor).
The addition fee for changing the bed sheets etc. more often than stated above is HUF 1,000 / person / occasion.
If the „Do not distrub” sign is placed on the door handle, the room will not be cleaned and you will not be disturbed by knocking.
The cost of cleaning and disinfecting a room and room textiles heavily soiled due to the guest’s behavior may be partially or fully charged to the guest.
There is no laundry service at our accommodation. There is a self-service laundry next to our building, which can be used at your own expense.
For ironing, we provide an iron and ironing board upon request. You can request them on the reception phone numbers: +36 30 351 8780, + 36 70 292 3125.
The guest must use the appliances of the accommodation as intended, they may not be taken out of the accommodation.
If you notice faulty equipment, please notify our customer service immediately at the phone number provided in the e-mail. Please do not attempt to fix the equipment, the accommodation is not responsible for the resulting damage – even if the damage affects the guest.
The mini fridge in the rooms is only suitable for storing small bottles of drinks.
Please dispose of the garbage in the garbage bins located in the rooms and public spaces.
Please protect the furniture! The person causing the damage or their legal representative is obligated to compensate for the damage. The hotel will charge the guest in case of damage caused by negligence or on purpose.
In the event of unlawful theft, the hotel will file a criminal complaint and a lawsuit for compensation.
In case of loss or damage of the room card, a compensation fee of HUF 5,000 must be paid.
There is a fire alarm system in the entire area of the accommodation, which detects even the slightest smoke. In order to avoid a false alarm, smoking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited throughout the hotel! The smoking ban also applies to electronic cigarettes and other tobacco products.
With the exception of the kettle in the accommodation room, it is forbidden to operate any other device that could cause a fire or short circuit (e.g. coffee maker, iron), light candles, or store flammable and explosive materials.
In the event of a fire, you must leave the building as soon as possible following the escape route on the information board located at the entrance door of the room. Fire extinguishers can be found in the corridors on each floor.
A closed-circuit camera system operates in the communal areas of the accommodation for property protection and security purposes.
When leaving the room, please be sure to close the room door.
Please respect the comfort of the other guests and do not disturb them by making noise. Pay particular attention to each other’s comfort between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Loud noise is prohibited during this period, including watching television at a disturbing volume inside the rooms, listening to music, and playing loud music in the common area.
We do not assume responsibility for any harm caused by guests to each other or for disturbing each other.
Please notify our online customer service of any stray items found at the accommodation using the contact details provided.
Things left by guests at the accommodation will be kept by the accommodation for one month. Abandoned food, medicine, and perishable items will be destroyed by the hotel immediately.
Before leaving the room, we ask our guests to make sure that their valuables and personal items have not been left in the room. We would like to draw the attention of our guests to the fact that our hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the room.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
We kindly ask our guests to report any comments regarding the operation of the hotel, the hotel room, or the behavior of other guests to the reception phone number immediately, so that, if possible, a solution can be found as quickly as possible. We cannot effectively handle late complaints. We thank you in advance for your help and cooperation!
The House Rules are valid from January 1, 2024 until revoked.
The House Rules are an inseparable part of the accommodation reservation contract.
